You might know this story: you sign up new people, new team members in your Network Marketing Team. They promise you heaven on earth, they promise you that they will do anything. They keep coming back to you for weeks and moths with questions and requests. They might even invite you to come to their city, they promise you that they will organise a big meeting with all of their friends and prospects. And then you come, and nobody shows up. For you that means wasted time, money and even they are not happy. They feel bad, because they have failed in front of you.
What can you do to prevent this?
Challenge and sponor. Sponsor and challenge them. In this way you can prevent you from falling into the babysitting – trap. And you can also truly help the people on your team.
