I believe that anger is a strong survival instinct. Its a strong survival skill. Anger is here to protect us, so that no one may harm or expoit us. When anger comes, it often feels like fire. And it will not leave you in peace until you look at it and listen to it. You need to see your anger, feel it and listen to what it has to say.
Ask yourself: What makes you angry? What is the root, the cause of my anger?

- Acceptance,
- Find your voice,
- Transfor the energy of your anger into something positive, constructive and create something beautiful from it.
