Today I’m greeting your from the great plains of New Mexico. It’s wonderful to be here in this vast country. This vastness really inspires the spirit to soar. Being here you might be able to think bigger, to realize that much more is possible than you might have thought.
But at the same time, driving through these empty lands lets my heart cry. Not so long ago, you could come upon buffalo herds so big, you couldn’t see the end of the herd – black beautiful animals until as far as the eye could see. Now there are all gone. Vanished.
What happened?
Human beings messed up – big. We have a great capacity in doing stupid things, destroying things. Yet at the same time we also have a great capacity to create. We have a spirit that is capable of creating new things – good, inspiring, helpul and bad destroying things. So my question for you today is:
What are the steps for building a genuine, sustainable business?
1. Always set goals and believe that it is possible for you to reach those goals.

2. Obstacles will appear on your way. If you don’t have problems, you are probably stuck. The faster you go forward, the faster you get to the next obstacle. So congratulation! Your Problem solving capacity will grow with every problem you solve.
3. Always remain a student, never quit learning and stay coachable. Watch the video above dor more details, why this is so important and what it actually means!
4. No matter how much you have reached, always continue to go forward. There are always people who have gone further than you have. There is always more to learn, more to achieve, more to do and more to help and serve. Never limit yourself.
